Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Infraly tech LLC ("Muselane", "we"), Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using Muselane you accept them. If you use Muselane for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

1. The service

Muselane lets you design original AI creators and turn your ideas into AI-generated photos and short vertical videos. Every creator, voice, image and video is produced by AI systems, including third-party generation providers we work with.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate details and keep your email address up to date.

3. Plans, credits and payment

• Plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance and renewed automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits. Different creations use different amounts, and we show the estimated cost before you create. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period.
• Top-up credits can be bought on an active plan and stay valid for 12 months.
• Credits are held while something is being created. If we can't finish it, the held credits are returned automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• We may change prices or plan contents for future billing periods. We'll tell you before a change affects your plan, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel at any time from Profile → Manage plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew.
• Upgrades take effect straight away, and you pay the pro-rated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
• Payments for periods that have started are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where something we delivered was faulty and we couldn't fix it. Contact us at support@muselane.xyz and we'll look at every request.
• Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. What you create

• As between you and us, you own the photos and videos you create with Muselane, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-generated material. You give us the permissions we need to produce, store and deliver them for you.
• You are responsible for how you use what you create, including following the rules of the platforms you post on and any advertising and disclosure laws. Our videos carry an "AI-generated" label; don't remove it or present AI content as a real person.
• AI output can be imperfect, and similar results may be produced for other people. Check everything before you publish.
• Everything you create must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse, remove or report content that breaks it, and suspend accounts that do.

6. Things we don't promise

We don't guarantee views, followers, engagement, sales or earnings from anything you create. We aim to keep Muselane available and reliable, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, slow or change.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Muselane and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk. If we close your account without a good reason, we'll refund unused paid periods.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions: support@muselane.xyz.
