This policy explains what Infraly tech LLC ("Muselane", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. We are the controller of your personal data. Contact: support@muselane.xyz, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, name and a securely hashed password.
- Billing details: your plan, payments and invoices. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- What you create and upload: creator settings, scripts, brand details, uploaded images (for example product photos) and the photos and videos we generate for you.
- Technical data: sign-in sessions, basic request logs and security records (for example failed sign-in attempts).
Why we use it
- To provide the service: create, store and deliver your content, and run your account (contract).
- To take payments and keep financial records (contract and legal obligation).
- To keep Muselane safe: preventing fraud and abuse and enforcing our policies (legitimate interests).
- To contact you about your account and the service (contract and legitimate interests). We don't send marketing without your consent.
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database), in the United States.
- Stripe (payments).
- AI generation providers (currently Higgsfield for images and video, and ElevenLabs for voice). They receive the prompts, scripts and reference images needed to make your content. Some providers may use this data to operate and improve their services under their own terms.
Where data leaves your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Finished photos and videos: up to 365 days, or until you delete your account.
- Working files made during production (for example voice tracks and raw clips): about 30 days.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Everything else: while your account is open, then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict some processing, and complain to your data protection authority. You can delete your account and its content from your Profile at any time, or write to support@muselane.xyz.
Cookies
We use only cookies that the service needs to work: one keeps you signed in, and during the private preview one remembers the preview password. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Children
Muselane is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change, and tell you about important changes before they apply.
