Acceptable Use Policy

Muselane is for creating original AI characters and honest content. These rules apply to every creator, script, upload, photo and video. We check content automatically and by hand, and we may refuse requests, remove content or close accounts that break them.

Real people

• Creators must be original characters. Don't recreate, imitate or impersonate a real person, including celebrities, public figures, influencers or anyone you know.
• You may use your own face or voice, or someone else's with their documented consent, through our consent process.
• Never present an AI creator as a real human, or AI content as genuine footage of real events.

Never allowed

• Anything sexual involving minors, or any creator that appears to be under 18.
• Sexually explicit content or nudity.
• Harassment, threats, bullying, or hateful content that targets people for who they are.
• Violence, self-harm, or illegal activity, or content that promotes them.
• Deceptive content: fake reviews or testimonials presented as genuine, scams, fake endorsements, election or health misinformation.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Advertising for products or services that are illegal or need special licences you don't have.

Honest disclosure

• Keep the "AI-generated" label on our videos, and use the AI-content labels that social platforms provide.
• Disclose paid partnerships and advertising as the law and the platforms require.

Using the service fairly

• Don't try to get around credits, spending limits, safety checks or access controls.
• Don't scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without our written agreement.
